About the study
This browser model is reconstructed from the supplied Variant 1, Variant 2 and SITUACE drawings for parcel 4290/3.
The 18.00 × 7.75 m envelope, partitions and openings are traced from the plans. The entire outer outline in SITUACE is the parcel, including the tapered left end. Dashed lines are drawing references.
V2 uses the official cadastral boundary (Boršice u Buchlovic, 607983), georeferenced by matching its long northern edge to SITUACE. House placement remains a drawing-based approximation, not a surveyed building position.
Source discrepancy: ČÚZK reports a registered area of 712 m², but its published coordinate polygon measures 747.58 m². The viewer preserves the coordinates without rescaling; confirm the boundary with a survey before design decisions.
The surrounding 320 × 280 m ground is downloaded ČÚZK DMR 5G elevation data, rasterized at 2 m, in the Bpv height datum. Published source RMS height error: 0.18 m in open terrain, 0.30 m in woodland; local interpolation and later earthworks can add errors. The source was acquired in 2009–2013, not a new site survey. Vertical scale is 1:1. Contours are 1 m apart.
Wall height, roof, opening heights and house floor level are design assumptions. A conceptual level plinth is set 0.15 m above the highest sampled ground under the footprint; it is not a designed foundation. Walking transitions directly to this floor, without designed entrance steps. Terrain is not flattened; finished grading and neighboring building heights are not modeled. Aerial roofs are imagery draped over ground, not 3D buildings. Sun position is illustrative.
Elevation data, cadastral GML, imagery and acquisition metadata are stored locally in this project. The viewer makes no requests to external services.
The supplied Mapy.com screenshot is stored unchanged with its watermarks. Its approximate overlay starts from the map center (17.3396246, 49.0632826) and zoom 20. The current image is corrected using three manually matched roof landmarks in ČÚZK imagery, not survey control. That correction is tied to the image hash: a replacement falls back to map-link alignment until recalibrated. Scale and east/north offset controls allow fine tuning and are saved locally for each image. Imagery alignment never changes terrain heights or the cadastral boundary.
Choose Walk, move with WASD or arrow keys and press E near a door to open it. Esc releases the mouse; Exit walk returns to the overview. All assets run from this local project.
